Folks I have a keyset that won't do a reverse transfer. Whenever I hit 4 and the reverese transfer dialog comes up when I enter the ringing extension it says no call. If I try to reverse transfer to this keyset it works. The keyset was recently deafulted. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Are you reverse transfering a hunt group call that is ringing a phone? Is one phone (the one that is capable of reverse transfer) a member of the hg and the one that does not work not a member? Just a thought.

Hunt group calls can be internal or external.
