Hi,

I was wondering if someone might know if there is a setting to enable phantom devices on my Inter-tel Axxcess with DB Studio v9.122. Under help it say it should be "under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Phantom Devices" but it is not there.

When I bring up a change menu it always shows the phantom device option but there is nothing in the list and I can't find a way to add them like it says in the help.

Thank you,

Sman

Do all of your navigating in the left side window to get to Phantom Devices. Click on the words Phantom Devices and the right side of the screen will be blank. Put your cursor in the right side of the screen, do a right mouse click and select Create Phantom.

When you connect to the PBX, are you prompted for a password?

Pull a save of the database and run it through the db tester (if you've loaded the software, you should find the db tester under the programs\Inter-Tel folder.)

Post the results of the test.

That's a good question. Is the user working with a limited access password?

Thanks for getting back to me all!

There is a passord but there is only one password level.

Here are the results for the DB Test:
