Customer has a Norstar with a PRI, the PRI went out of service today and after the carrier restored the PRI they can receive calls but when they go to dial out is says Trasfer in the display instead of dialing out. Any ideas? They have rebooted the phone system already.

Sounds like the programming changed on the carrier side but sometimes it needs a reboot like an Option needs an INI to re-sync the PRI.
