I set up a Cics S/W 7.0 and call pilot 100/ 3.0 ,3 analog trunks, call pilot is just using a simple greeting ,no Tree or AA prompts,, when i call the main line from my Samsung Android Cell with Telus , it rings 3 times goes to Mailbox 10 which is setup for reception instead of Main Greeting,, the reception tried her cell ,can't remember what make and service she had ,but it goes to main Greeting,,, so next day i call in from my cell it goes to mailbox 10,, i then tried my voip phone it goes to main greeting. SOOO WHATTUP !! ,, I started thing it has something to with the Bell Call answer , but it only happens with my Cell as far as i can see, no complaints yet.

First time I have heard of this one.
It does not make sense, it should not care whom is calling.

How many rings is AA set at?
Do you hear "one moment please" when you call with your telusamroid?

I just had "almost" the same thing.
Customer said that when people call in it does not go to the AA but to another phone (just like your VM).
I called in to test and it works just fine.
I had the customer test it - works just fine.
Next day they called back and it does not go to AA.

So I went to site checked around and this is what I found.
The receptionist phone was set for "FWD ON BUSY" YES
And it was set for this other phone.
Possibly just like yours may be set to FWD ON BUSY to VM.

When I test called - she was not on the phone - works great.
Cust calls and she is on the phone, then it goes to the wrong place.

Something to check for.

And what is forward no answer at? 3 or 4?

If AA and FNA are both at 3 maybe the call is confused as to which one to go to...AA or Mailbox, I somewhat thought AA usually take charge over FNA .

Try FNA at 4 if still an issue.
