I have a trunk DIL to an extension. Pushing the Normal DIL forward timer out in system options for trunks doesn't seem to affect the call forward timing to it's voice mail box. Am I looking at the wrong timer?

If the forward settings need to be different on this 1 phone from the others you need to go into system options and put it in its own timer class.

So adjust 20-31-15 for the specific timer class?
