Hello, Here is what I am trying to accomplish... A call comes in to x5804 if x5804 does not answer then go to VM box of 5804. Not a problem works great. I would like to program a button on x5804 so that if the person that sits at x5804 is sick I can forward all calls to x5827 and if x5827 does not answer go to x5827 VM box. The forward works however, if the call is unanswered it is recalled to the VM box of 5804. What do I need to do so the forwarded call is forwarded and released so the unanswered call goes to the VM box of x5827? I have the system data setting "40 Sys CF Cascade" set to either enabled or disabled and that does not seem to make a difference. I have full access to eManager.
Thank you for any suggestions or ideas.

The call will always take the first VMID that was associated with the beginning of the call so in your case 5804 even if the call diverts to 5827 and then onto VM.
Are they able to do a call pickup from 5827 when they hear 5804 ringing? If you have a Strata Messaging or IPedge voicemail then set a message cascade from mailbox 5804 to 5827 after 1 minute
Regards Carl
