I have 2 individual business lines coming into the system (701&702) that need to use 2 individual VM. They operate at different times of the day (one finishes around 1000 the other 2000) so need to activate their VM when they leave.
Is this possible?
The Ring Plan set up throws the other one out if I try and use that.
Any advice?
Thanks

This is fairly easy to do.
You will need 4 ring Plans as follows:
RP1 - Company A and Company B Closed (Night) RP2 - Company A OPEN and Company B CLOSED RP3 - Company A and Company B OPEN (Day) RP4 - Company A CLOSED and Company B OPEN
Then set your trunk ring destinations for the 2 lines accordingly.
This can be setup with auto day/night switch or manual.

Thanks for this, I will give it a try.
I do need it to be as simple as possible for the customer though so depends how picky they are.
