Not sure what's going onbut I have 2 ns 700 systems that can't turn on DND.
I have it programed so B/NA is solid lite and DND flashing iFWD/DND system opts.
When I press the FWD/DND button it just turns off the FWD, but does not turn on the DND. What am I missing? Works fine on my TDA 100 on the tech bench.

If this is a flexible key set for fwd/dnd on the phone you need to dial *7101 to activate dnd, then the key will toggle between in and off.
If you have a power failure it will stop working again or if the fwd is changed to something else it will toggle that
