Customer can no longer log in to system admin thru the administrator phone. “Display shows invalid pass code†Customer stated that they have not change any of the pass codes! The system is a CPC with version 8.2. On site I reset both the administrator phone and the VM Admin pass code. Moved administrator phone (Flags) to a different phone, this also failed. Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance Walt

I'm not sure about the nature of the problem, but the symptom of 'invalid pass code' is referring to the individual station's pass code. You can find this as a setting under each individual station. The password option is below the House Phone options at the station level. Hash marks would indicate a password is being used, you might want to edit and hit enter so there is no password.

What system admin are you referring to? The PBX or voicemail?
