Where can I find a programming manual for this system? I've looked on manuals.com all I see are ML,LW manuals. Head up, If you can help me find it I'm sure this won"t be my last post.. Thanks

Programming the MX is virtually the same as the other SX-200 digital switches. What are you trying to fix?

I'll need to add some pots lines into the dial 9 group, and they want to install a PMS.. I've never got into the programming of a SX-200 and not sure if I need Mitel software for laptop programming or can it be done from the console? The hotel has a new owner, major renovations but not to replace the system, and I just want to be prepared for what he throws at me.

You need a laptop and the dreaded MOSS sheet and a dealer. Conversion to PMS is a code that is mutually exclusive with ..... (SMDR? I haven't touched one in about 12 years).
Get a copy of the 200 ML manual for starters, probably LW 15 or 19 or whatever and start from there. I could actually, probably, get pics from a site that's 6 miles away. It is an MX.

PMS integration can take 30 minutes or 8 hours. Be prepared for the worst.
