I have had 2 customers recently call with their Axxent down. Customers I had long since assumed replaced thier systems. I have an Axxent cabinet that I have used to swap out these down systems. I move all the cards over but the CPU card and each time I have been unable to get the voicemail to work. - Phones work but, I can't do many changes beyond ringing destinations without the voicemail. Whats the trick? I am mainly asking out of curiousity since the people end up replacing the temporary Axxent's with 5000's. - I haven't seen an Axxent manual in years. - The rhetorex board is the voicemail? - uh, near as I can tell I have things connected right. - I used this Axxent cabinet with non-working voicemail at a customer and then swapped it out with a 5000. - I'm using it again and again it's voicemail doesn't work.
