We are using the 550.4500 Executive Handsets and I am struggling with full duplex. I finally found out to use the Special + SPKR to enable it.
What I would like to know is if there is a way to make this a default behavior on the phone. I really don't want to have to press the buttons every time I go to speaker phone.
Thanks,
Jeff

If you are using DKSC16+ (550.2255) and you've programmed your Speakerphone 'type' to be Enhanced, in theory you shouldn't have to go through the callibration. The newer card has built in DSPs for Enhanced Speaker so you don't have to rely on OPC resources.
However, in saying this, I find that even with all these things in place, using the special function enhancement does improve the audio quality a bit. There is no way to make it stick, it's on a per call basis.

Andrea,
It appears we are using the DKSC16+ (550.2255). Where would I change the setting for the Speakerphone Type?

under Stations, each station has a 'speakerphone type'. There is a pull down window where you can select 'enhanced'.
