Hello, I've just installed an 8SLI card into slot 3 of an OS7200 expansion cabinet. I get dial tone from all 8 ports, but it is extremely loud and distorted, and doesn't pass DTMF tones. Can anyone think of a setting in programming that can be changed? Or anything else that I can try? Thank you.

Did you do an 806 when you installed the card?
What s/w level are you running?

I didn't pre-install the card, just installed it and the system detected it and gave it a numbering plan. I'm running MCP VER 4.22 and LCP VER 4.12

I believe you need 4.60 and above to run that card

Of your card is an 8SLI3 then what pvj says is correct. As you have a mcp card you can't run 4.60b, so you'll have to replace the mcp with a mp20
