I have never messed with an IP-SLA but what you posted for firmware looks very old.

So is anyone running these with a 5000?
Is firmware something I can get for this unit?

Not sure if this is related or not but we moved offices, at the same time we switched our IP addressing for our Internal Network.
The phones and system all work well with the exception of this IP-SLA and the Audio/Web Conferencing.
I've configured the Audio Conf and switched all the IP's to match the new addressing but for some reason I can not get the SIP Ports to recognize each other.
I am not sure if this is related or not but it's almost the same issue. The two seam to be configured right but they do not communicate.

We have lots of them working on 5000's. The unit must be on firmware 8.2 or higher.
