Hi,
We are trying to help out a customer who's maintainer has gone bust. They have a 7030, with 3 analogue phones, but no digital or IP. The customer doesn't know the system password. I know the procedure to reset the password using kmmc, but as there are no digi phones, this won't work. If anyone knows the procedure to reset the password via the serial port can they please send me a PM.

The problem is the sio reset only works with 4.99 or later software.
I think your best bet is to go out with a dli card and handset and use the kmmc reset procedure.
Otherwise you can default the system and reprogram.
