Did you need an individual tech in the area or did you want a Shoretel service company to look at an issue?
It is a bit outside the companies normal service area (about 2-2.5 hours north through LA), but I've driven further for a support call.
If you were in need of a Shoretel tech, then unfortunately my M-F are already filled with my day job, and 4+ hours/Day is a bit too much of a commute..
