I have a customer with 7 sites and updating the phone list is quite a chore. is there any software or trick to use the phone system info to create a printable phone list?
I know of the reports, but those are only .txt files.

Think that is it. If you use Vista you can use the snip tool to capture the screen shot of the endpoint's to a .jpg

Export the lists. They can then be manipulated in Excel.
