one client call me for service and he dont have the installer password of the panasonic ns500
anything that i can do without default the pbx?

The customer might want to try to get ahold of whomever installed the system orignally and get the password from them. Or an authorized dealer can get ahold of panasonic tech support and have them reset the password without a default.
The Cloud is just someone else's computer!
