Hey ! There ,is it possible to have the customer call in to the Call pilot 100 's System Manager's mailbox and change to a different greeting for holidays or Office Closure emergencies ,, etc. , she wants to be to have a Greeting pre- recorded,, like Greeting # 5 etc to change remotely .. Thks for any Insight.

Yes
Call in as if checking your own message but access mailbox 102 instead, then when logged in press 99 for the options.
You might need to change the MB102 password if it is still default.
Affects 983 of course so note the new pswrd.
