Hello I have a customer with a BCM50 and when you voice call someone there is a tone that comes across the speaker every so often I amuse to let you know you've voice called. The customer is complaining and want s to shut that tone off. Is there a way to do this.
Just to be clear, not the initial tone you get when your called but a few seconds after your connected it beeps every so often. Thanks..

It's a privacy intended to let the person called know that somebody has voice called them. If they are having long conversations then the person who was voice called can press the Handsfree key once to acknowledge the voice call then it will stop beeping.
Makes for a handy baby monitor for home too.

Remember what Curlycord said, "" press the Handsfree key once to acknowledge"
If you push it twice then you go to MUTE and they can't hear you.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
