Our company utilizes an Axxess system (v 11.01) with two nodes, one local and one remote. Currently, at the end of the day our receptionist places the local office system in night mode (via Feature Code 9860 programmed to her DSS). We would also like her to be able to place the remote node into night mode, but it appears there is a separate Feature Code for this (9861) and then yet another to remove night mode on a remote node (9862). I would like to avoid her having to press 2 keys (and enter a network number) if at all possible. Is there any way to place the entire system (all nodes) into night mode with the press of one button? Thank you for any assistance you might be able to provide! Jeremy

Never tried it but you might build a personal speeddial for turning on and off and programming a on key and off key for the night. think you would have 3 keys one for day/night (9860) and one with 9861 + and one with 9862 +, might need capital P between 9861 and the network numner. will need to make the keys personal speed dials Worth a shot, will be intersted in hearing if it works Randy

If you were to point trunks for Day and Night on your remote node to a STAR application, you can control the night message and nobody has to push any buttons.
