I have created a series of new hunt groups and assigned them to a new CRA. The issue is when I try to access those new hunt groups via either "Collected Extension" option or the assigned digit translation I get invalid number. This leads me to believe that though the phone system allowed me to assign the number to the hunt group that it still doesn't recognize it as a valid number. I cannot find where I need to fix this issue. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to create Extension IDs in voicemail for your new hunt groups and CRAs. It's also a good idea to add everything to your primary Ext Lists in system programming.

And remember to turn off the announcement for the ext ID or it will play "your call is being transfered to ext 2000" or whatever the HG number is Randy
