I tried searching before posting such a basic question.

But recently we switched IP's and I need to reconfigure a remote users 8662.

We are VPN'ed so I can get to his network and I thought I would try the web interface.
But I can't seam to get it to display anything.
So I tried local phones and they are the same way.

Is it running on a special port?
I couldn't find any documentation on this.

Thanks,

Jeff

I have a hard time with the 8662's also. If I remember right you have to use port :8080. The older IP phones you could just type their IP address or name.

Got it..

Port 8080 was the key..

I found the default user and password documented on a Inter-tel Document, and it also said the port as well. It just was hard to find.

Thanks!
