I have 10-23 enabled as sbc ip , all checked, for numbers 1 - 0.

Since youre doing 10-23 with the system interconnect, you also have 10-29 with domain and host as the same ip is 10-23? I'm still waiting for spectrum to fix their docsis camient server issue, but was just curious of the other configs as yhis is my first NEC SIP cut, done plenty of Toshiba ones with no issues
