SV9100 with Hotel/Motel package. The key for room 101 is flashing on the office phone BLF. All attempts to clear it has failed. I've tried the MWL clear code, along with all of the room cleanup things like delete voice messages, greetings, etc., all through the on site help.
I don't have remote access to location, but hope to be on site tomorrow. Anything else to check?
Thank you. Jim

You should also check maid status code. Those codes can interfere with BLF

It was DND. Thank you.
Funny what you see when you're there on-site. Press the flashing key and it says "DND 101". Clipped my butt set onto 101 on the 66 block and canceled it.
