Some phones the Pages come over the speaker just fine while other phones don't.
I've tried to find a setting which controls this. Even got to the point of copy and pasting settings But I still can't figure it out.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
This is a 5600 with all IP 8662 or 8622 phones..

First, figure out which page zone is being used.
Next, determine if those phones are in the extension list for that page zone.
Last, make sure that paging is not disabled on the specific phones involved - feature code 325.

Thanks..
That helped..She was using a group which I didn't realize and no one added any extensions to this list since the system was probably installed.
Thanks again..
