Hey, everyone, I am trying to upgrade a 5343 phone via USB and I keep getting Invalid XML information I have tried numerous files and different versions and still it will not upgrade. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful.

The USB needs to be formatted for FAT
Unzip the files in the root of the USB until it looks like this
ITP-SERIES (Folder)
rfu_smti5343.xml (file)
sec_boot.tpl (file)
