Try to work on a esi 50l but the default installed password had been changed. Ask the customer to contact the former installed for P.W.They would not. Red flags started to go up but my question is, can we access the system to change P.;W. or can only ESI do this. Thanks Gary S.

No. It's an ESI thing, although there's probably a telnet back door. We just don't get it.

If you have a master tech, they can login with their password and view/change it. If not then ESI is the only way to go.
