Hi Jeff

I probably can't help you as I am in Australia but it would help if you explained what changes you need done to the system so you might get a better response.
Do you have remote access to the CTX100 configured via the WAN or is it dialup only?

You should know your integration methods for the voicemail. SMDI is a better integration, but it will require a serial board on the processor, a 6 wire modular cable, and a DB9 to 6 wire modular connector.

DTMF integration doesn't need any additional hardware, and will generally work OK, is a little easier to setup, but it is a little slower to answer and can't pass caller ID.

The problem is either the integration method or the VMID codes in the extensions is my best guess.

I would help via Teamviewer, but not sure if I would have much time this week.

I sorted it out yesterday for Jeff

It was in a mess as the system had been reprogrammed from scratch and the integration was in default DTMF but the IVP8 was configured to SMDI.
The TTY cable was missing but there was a BSIS card installed so reprogrammed it and plugged in a spare cable to get it back up and running.
Someone had made a mess of the notification templates so the MW lights did not come on or off.
Had to edit the string and its all working now.
Then had to configure the AA back to what had been requested originally.

Haven't worked on a IVP8 in a few years but you just don't forget this stuff easily, smile the advantage of 30+ years experience working with Toshiba systems it's a shame Mitel are driving the product into the ground!!
