Customer has a CIX100 with 2 mipu 16's. 31 IP5022-SD phones. Intermittently (of course) random phones loose power then after a few seconds they reboot and work fine. When the phones go dead there are no lights on the phone or in the display. Customer replaced his poe switches which were old and problem still occurring. I can't imagine it's a CIX problem?? Any tips, tricks or suggestions are welcome. Need to point the customer in a direction where this stops happening.

Check the PoE power allocation in the switch and the maximum power watts it can supply as I had an issue once where it was configured for 30w per port and only needed 15w or less per port to run a phone.
The other thing to check is that there are no IP conflicts with the IP addresses of the MIPU cards as this will cause the handsets to drop and then re-connect again.
