Has anybody experienced this problem. We migrated a SV8100 to a SV9100 and it seems like every 3 to 4 months the system locks up. Phones say Initialize in the display, all blades have normal LED status, no alarms in the alarm log. Reset of the phone system fixes it. Customer says power & network are fine. They never had a problem when it was a SV8100. We have done a ton of migrations with no problems. We have a ton of SV9100 & SV8100 with no problems. Has anybody had a bad CPU? Thanks...

3 to 4 months? I would check for any and all voicemail boxes that have invalid email addresses or run a wireshark cap on the cpu to see if something is pinging the hell out of the processor. Could be a bad cpu but doesn't sound like it. Seems more like something is eating CPU timeslots and bringing the system down.
