It's been a while since I have worked on the InterTel systems but I have one good customer who needs some help. Can anyone give me some advice on how I could accomplish transfering calls out of a ccr offsite? A couple of folks there want to give callers the choice from thier voicemail to go to their cells. Thanks!

Depending on hte version how you will get there. If your system is new enough you will have Phantoms they are the best for doing this. If not you will need real extensions to make it happen not phones just real ports. For phantoms you will program go into online monitor forward info and set trunk group to go out number to call public to yes and type to 1. Go to the MB of the person you want 0 from the MB to route and change the 0 dest to ext and put the ext number of the phantom in as the dest and test. If you don't have phantoms take a live port plug a phone into it and dial 355 or spcl 355 and put in 8 for outside line followed by the number you are forwarding to. Remove the phone put it back where yo got it from and set the 0 dest in MB to that ext. Make sure your ext's have outgoing access for the truck group you are using. If you want to route the call out of a CRA just set the option in digit translation to go to the ext that you have set for the forward you want. Hope this helps Randy
