Hello Everyone,
call

I have people who call my extension and use OCA. So annoying. I know you can disable is in COS and if I do so on COS 1 then it works. I tried changing it in emanager System /Class Of Service/ COS Number 2 and setting the COS values for my station on Day Day2 and Night for COS number 2 and it doesn't seem to apply. Am I missing something ?
Phone is IP5022-SD

Thanks Jon broken

I think what you are asking for isnt off hook announce but voice first instead of tone first. Look at your station preferences as this is a per station setting.

Set FB05 to "Tone First" in Prog 204 which is found under Station/Station Assignments/DKT

Thank you both for your replies. I am aware of the Tone First option above and I have set that for all phones. My intention is trying to disable the OCA feature all together so people cannot call and push the Talk button on their display or press 2 to announce. I thought this setting is suppose to be under the Class Of Service options #38 (Can Receive OCA). So I uncheck it and change the class of service for the extension and it doesn't take. I see text when i hover over the option taht says "handset OCA or Speaker OCA is set in prg 204-06" (What does that mean ?)

That is the option to have the OCA come out of the speaker or the handset.

So do you have the FB38 unticked in the COS for the handsets that are receiving the OCA?
Do you have the FB32 and FB33 set to Disable or Enable in P200 Station Data for the handsets performing the OCA
You could also change the Card Slot Assignment to "BDKU or BWDKU - 8 or 16 DKT without Spkr OCA" this will disable the feature for those digital handsets connected to the card.

The last option is to remove the BVSU module from the DKT handset.
