A customer that we installed an Adix for earlier this year (replaced an Omega III) asked to have paging muted when the phone is in use. I didn't get around to testing it at their site - but at the shop the Adix will in fact mute page audio when off hook. Is this the only setting? I couldn't find any related config so far to set it otherwise. Maybe the customer is hearing all page from nearby phones.

Settings in Class 10.43 - Off Hook signalling might help, but I tend to agree with you that the user is hearing paging through other devices. Changing the setting in 10.43 might affect other features in undesirable ways.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
