Put in an IP Office 10.1 and have cordless phone on ext. 16 set it up to access line 4 only works fine but they dont want it to ring when someone calls line 4. Anybody have a way of turn off line 4 ring on it but let it be intercom. Now on embedded voice mail cant get the the night service to work right.when press button it plays message then dial 0 suppose to go to 10 mail box but have to put a dnd button to get it to go to 10 mailbox instead of ringing. Anyone have a cheat sheet on these problems
