Our company has taken on a customer that has several NEC Aspire systems. I am certified in the UX5000, 8100, 9100 ect. Along with these systems each one has a IP address for remote access. The problem is that they have IP addresses to the Aspire voicemail as well but I dont know what program is used to access these remotely. I am assuming it is the Aspire mail. The card gas a yellow card with Japanese writing on it. Is Hyperterminal the best way to access these voicemails or is there a NEC program that is used?

Yes and no. Some use browser and some a utility program and others a terminal. I can tell you now if you don't have the password for the voicemail system you are SOL.

I am hoping they are default. I just need the ability to delete and make a mailbox. System Administrator box isnt doing it for me.
