Can someone enlighten me on what this means? I've only seen it twice, and both times the systems have had issues. Unless I'm missing it, I can't find it in the manuals. So what does it mean when the "Run" light on an MP20S is blinking?

I believe it's a software error on boot. Have you checked the sd card is seated correctly and that the software in it is good? Have you tried a different sd card?

Also possibly could mean that the cabinet is having a failure like the fan in it.

I just formatted the SD card and put fresh 5.01 on it. It still blinks red. The cabinet I have the processor in works fine with another MP20S/SD Card.

Did you try the MP20s with the SD card of that other processor you tried? If that's the case sounds like you have a bad processor.

Yeah, that is what I have come to the conclusion of - a bad processor. But is it as simple as that? Red light = Bad processor? Because it gives the appearance of working normal. I just know the light should be green and not red ha...

It's always been a fan issue for me, check the alarm logs to see if it has fan error at all.
