I have just taken over maintenance on an Intertel Axxess system with 4.4 software and an Axxessory Talk Voice Mail. I understand there is proprietary software for database programming thru a laptop. Does anyone know where I can get this software and does it require a special cable? I have a DB9 to modular adaptor, but do I need a special cable? Thanks in advance.

You'll have to get the software from a Mitel dealer.

Hi ,have the same problem as Gator Tech, any one know how to find a Mitel dealer in Cal. The EVMC say that it is off line and when you dial in says vm is unpluged. Have only worked on pc units, this one is a rack unit
