Ok, it's been awhile since I made this work. Here's the setup:

I have 3 extensions in an office. Ext 101 and 102 answer incoming trunks 1,2,and 3 on trunk keys (*01) 1,2,and 3 on each phone, with night mode set to DIL on these trunks to voice mail. Extension 103 in the office has it's own line, which I DIL to the extension 103, then at night to voice mail. I would like 101 and 102 to be able to answer the trunk ringing on 103. Group pick up doesn't work because it's DIL to 103, right?
I'm thinking I need to DIL ext.'s 103 trunk to a virtual and program all 3 phones with this virtual, maybe delayed ring to 101, and 102. I would still like that trunk to cfbna to the voice mail box set up for 103.
Am I on the right track?

Add 103 as a virtual on 101 and 102,(does not have to be on a physical button) don't forget you have to program it to ring. You can also give it a different ring tone.

I guess I'm not sure how to do that without using a button on 101 and 102

Buttons 25-48 are available. They don't have keys. Use MB 15-07 + 15-09
