Carlos, we worked on it last week but he couldn't get connected to the VM I think it was a cable comm port issue.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.

It wasn't a team viewer issue the issue is he doesn't have a connection to the voicemail.
