Hi,
I am trying to get an IP phone connect to the system via an internet connection. Has anybody set this up?
I just get the error SIP Server not found?

Have you setup all your port forwarding to use NAT per your manual?

I've tried over the VPN and using the NEC NAT traversal steps. Getting the SIP SERVER NOT FOUND. Is there a list of ports that NEC would have on the NAT setup sheet?
Thanks,
Chaz

After having that same error message myself, and double checking everything many times, you might need to check with the IT folks, if the company has one. Sometimes things start working after they "look at it again".

I got it working. Just needed to review the NEC 10-12 area.
Thanks!
