Anybody running into audio issues on SMT 6000 series voip phones? Primarily 7200's using remote SMT phones on Cox Internet backbone. I have had (3) customers run into this issue. Cox business support stated that they have been upgrading backbone switches and are aware that they have been dropping UDP audio packets. They do not have a fix, so the customers have to deal with it. Not good!
