SV9100 with UC Suite. I have two users that swapped desks, phones and extension numbers. I've made the name changes in the 9100, but am having trouble changing them in UC. I ran into this some time ago and think I uninstalled, then re-installed the UC app on the pc in order to get it straightened out last time. Is there a simplier way? 20-57 doesn't seem to make a difference for names.

Go to server and click UC Services then click refresh.
