We have several remote IP phones that connect via VPN to a SV8100 and none of which will pass DTMF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try 84-01-62, DTMF relay mode set to RFC2833, also 84-12-31

Thanks for the info, does this require a reset of the system? I've made the changes listed above but DTMF is still not passing. I have not reset the system. Thanks in advance

There is no defined list of what does or does not need a reboot to function. Typically items in the 80 and 84 and IP address changes do require a reboot.
