I've had a recurring problem with a 5200. It will send out a broadcast to all of the endpoints. When it begins, I receive an "Insufficient Bandwidth" error for either the entire node or each individual endpoint. This broadcast will continue until I perform a freeze. The logs are of no help. They simply mirror the bandwidth error. This does not happen at the same time on each occurrence. I have no idea what data is being transmitted. Has anyone else run into this issue?

We ran wireshark the next time this happened. The PBX is broadcasting UDP to each endpoint. The Destination port is always "wsm-server".
