Hi all,

Has anybody experienced T1 trunks 7001-7023 deleting from the number plan overnight??? I am currently integrating the SCC (Samsung Call Center) into this 7400 OS 5.01. Only system changes made so for were:

5.2.17 (Sip peering), entered IP for SCC
5.2.3 (Outgoing IP Digits) enterd 1000,1001,1002
603 added 8501-8530 to trunk group 805, changed to Type (SIP), Mode (Sequential), ISP selection (SIP Peering)

The day after entering these MMC changes, 724 no longer has port numbers in the T1 slot!
Restored old programming, next day everything is fine.
RE-entered programming changes, next day missing port numbers from 724.

I don't get it...

Thanks!

Chuck

Hi Chuck,

when you entered the new programming in MMC 724 was there an overwrite warning that came up.

Any chance the numbers got erased due to a conflict with the T1 Trunk numbers when entering the new programming.
