Have a 48 Key phone on an ESI 50L with a Caller ID issue. On an incoming call Caller Name display's with the number on the second display line. The phone number disappears after 10 second but the caller name still displays. I did notice at the right side of the display a "3" as indicating something on that second display line.
Any idea of what can cause this? It is only one phone with the problem.
Thanks

I tend to make sure only 2 conductors going to these phones. I think the short loop length was an issue with the S-Class systems from awhile back, but haven't had that happen in quite some time. Swap phones around?
