I have two OS 7200 systems in two locations connected via SPNET and each with it's own PRI trunk for outbound calls. We will be removing the PRI from one of the locations and want all outbound calls from that location to be routed through the other location's PRI. Call routing between extensions in the two locations are working but need some assistance in getting the outbound call routing through the remote PRI working. If anyone could provide some assistance it would be appreciated - either via the form or via e-mail. Thanks.

hi guys.
Sorry its my first time so please bear with me.
I have two 7400 system linked via SPnet, now the trunks are on one side. the other side where I have just extensions only I am experiencing the following problem;
outgoing or incoming calls that are put on hold can not be retrieved (display says "cant pickup") one has to wait for a ring back. Whats causing this and any suggestion as to how do I fix this? Thank you in advance.
