Hello Everyone
We cannot make International calls to Mexico from our 5000 version 2.4. I have checked in session manager and do not see where any class of service rules are set up to block International calling. I also see that International Station and International Operator calls are listed under call type under the PRI.
We are using AT&T for all calling. Working with AT&T they are telling us that they do not see the International call coming from our phone system. Is there something that I am missing or a place that I need to look in the session manager? Thanks in advance...

Check out your International Facility Groups in the Numbering Plan. Are your Dial Rules set to Echo Toll Field, Echo 3 Digits after toll field, and Echo local address? And under Trunk Groups/Nodes for International, your PRI trunk group is listed?
Wondering what you get when you try - a recording or does it ever make it out of the phone system?

Thanks for your response. Yes, everything you mention is set correctly. When trying to call International, we get a fast busy signal. AT&T is telling us that they do not see the call leaving our phone system.

Try dialing through direct trunk access. Look in your PRI Trunk Group and select a trunk number. Instead of hitting OUTGOING, dial the trunk digits to get outside dialtone, then dial your number making sure you have the correct format of 011+country code+city code+phone number. If you cannot connect in this way, the problem is with AT&T not having International calling enabled. Using direct trunk access removes all variables of programming. If your call does go through using the direct trunk, then your programming needs to be revisited.

Thanks again... Would dialing the call through a single line also simulate bypassing the phone system as well?

Is this an AT&T PRI? If so, try removing Dial Rule 2, Echo Toll Field.

Thanks for everyone's help. The fix was removing Dial Rule 2, Echo Toll Field.
