i was hoping to find out how to get a hold of the software to upgrade the Telrad 3025 avanti phones. I went to replace a couple and the call log option on the screen was not there. Fortunately i had a couple that did have the call log on the screen. I need to get the older ones up to speed. I have not been able to find the software for the firmware upgrade. please help if you can. I also need the procedure to do the upgrade, it has been too long since i last did it.

Do you have Emanager and software download loaded on a PC connected to the system? I can help with the upgrade if you would like via remote support session.

could be 0b.d2 or 10.d3 depending on existing build date

i found the software just need the how to manual, if anyone has one, or a link to one, on how to update the firmware
